Position Overview

R&R Human Resources Solutions is seeking a dedicated part-time Administrative Support Specialist to join our client's expanding financial services team. This role involves performing essential administrative functions in a hybrid work setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating the preparation of applications for new investment accounts and insurance policies, ensuring accurate updates of addresses and beneficiaries.
  • Entering financial data for client projections and analyses.
  • Generating investment reports based on various criteria.
  • Overseeing workflow and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Maintaining compliance documentation and records.
  • Managing registrations on multiple platforms.
  • Assisting with the implementation of estate plans and trust modifications.
  • Tracking invoices related to financial plans.
  • Processing death claim forms and modifications for insurance and annuities.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant work experience; entry-level candidates may be considered.
  • Must have a clean financial background; credit checks and fingerprinting are required.
  • Ability to think strategically and propose process improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, along with familiarity with online software tools.
  • Capable of collaborating effectively with other support staff.
  • Ability to assist a team of three financial advisors.
