We are seeking a passionate and creative educator to join our team in Northbrook, IL on a full-time basis for the school year. This unique position will involve working in a fast-paced behavioral health facility, providing academic support to students in a small classroom setting as they receive treatment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver daily lesson plans
- Provide individualized assistance to students
- Regularly communicate about student progress as needed
- Monitor and adjust teaching strategies to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate attendance and session reports
Requirements:
- B.A/B.S. degree from an accredited institution
- IL teaching license
- Comfortable working with K-12 students
- Strong organizational skills
- Understanding of subject matter relevant to student needs
- Reliable transportation
