Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate effectively with the rehabilitation teams and therapy department.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Deliver insightful recommendations to support assessments and communications.
  • Administer therapy in accordance with established treatment plans and prescriptions.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patients' functional abilities.
  • Efficiently manage your workflow, ensuring timely documentation of individual and group therapy sessions in the electronic records system.
  • Possess familiarity with the Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM).
  • Ensure therapy treatments align with Medicaid and Medicare billing practices.
Qualifications
  • Valid New Jersey Physical Therapist License.
  • Experience in long-term care settings, particularly within skilled nursing facilities.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Adept at managing a diverse patient population with varying personalities and abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
