We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Soliant. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients overcome physical and cognitive challenges to enhance their ability to engage in daily activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patients' unique needs
  • Work closely with patients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote independence and well-being
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patients' strengths and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support

**Requirements:**

  • Current Connecticut State License or willingness to apply for one
  • Masters in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
