- Design and execute personalized treatment plans addressing each patient's specific challenges.
- Keep meticulous and precise records of patient progress, modifying therapy plans as required.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated, patient-focused care.
- Provide education to patients and their families on effective communication techniques and exercises.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed about the latest research and best practices in the field.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
- Preferred ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
- Experience with diverse patient populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach to therapy.
