Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team, bringing a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions customized to meet patient needs.
  • Design and execute personalized treatment plans addressing each patient's specific challenges.
  • Keep meticulous and precise records of patient progress, modifying therapy plans as required.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated, patient-focused care.
  • Provide education to patients and their families on effective communication techniques and exercises.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed about the latest research and best practices in the field.
Required Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
  • Preferred ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
  • Experience with diverse patient populations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
  • A compassionate, patient-centered approach to therapy.
