We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team at Soliant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to students in a K-6 caseload.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness in speech and language skills
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, including individual and group sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support student learning
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress
Requirements
  • Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology in CT
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
