Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient experience through personalized registration and check-in processes
  • Collect and verify demographic and insurance information to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement
  • Utilize electronic medical records to document patient interactions and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Direct patients to their appointments or procedures while ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
  • Verify eligibility and benefits information for payers and interpret results to resolve complex billing situations
  • Collect co-pays or deductibles and assist patients with financial assistance programs
  • Provide technical direction and guidance to team members to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of revenue cycle experience and 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work 11:00am-7:30pm, Monday-Friday
  • Must be 18 years or older

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with electronic medical records
