Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Resident

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Resident to join our team in Reston, VA. As a Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality counseling services to clients, including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
- Work closely with a licensed supervisor to develop and refine your clinical skills and knowledge.
- Participate in regular case consultations and peer supervision to ensure best practices and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.
- A comprehensive training program that includes FREE group and individual clinical supervision.
- A W2 employment model with guaranteed pay, including paid orientation, no-show protection, annual pay increases, and bonus opportunities.
- Flexibility in your work schedule, with the option to work a hybrid model (50% in-office and 50% remote).
- A full clinical caseload typically established within the first few days.

This is a Fee for Service position, with an earning potential of $55,000 - $65,000 (dependent on the number of sessions and bonus opportunities). Your recruiter will discuss total compensation during the interview.
