Job SummaryWe are seeking a Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy to join our team in Reston, VA. As a Resident, you will work under the supervision of a licensed therapist and gain valuable experience in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervisors
- Participate in regular supervision and consultation groups
- Meet with clients for intakes, assessments, and progress updates
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records
- Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program in Marriage and Family Therapy
- Approved by the Virginia State Board as a Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy
- Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting, treating depression and anxiety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- FREE group and individual clinical supervision
- A W2 employment model with guaranteed pay, paid orientation, and annual pay increases
- Flexibility with scheduling, including a hybrid model (50% in-office, 50% remote)
- Full clinical caseload established within the first days

This is a Fee for Service position, with an earning potential of $55,000 - $65,000 (dependent on the number of sessions and bonus opportunities).
