Job SummaryWe are seeking a Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy to join our team in Reston, VA. As a Resident, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, gain valuable experience, and develop your skills under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
Responsibilities- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients and supervisors
- Participate in regular supervision and consultation with licensed therapists
- Meet with clients for intake and diagnostic assessments
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records
- Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program in Marriage and Family Therapy
- Approved by the board as a Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy
- Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- FREE group and individual clinical supervision

This is a Fee for Service position, with earning potential ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on the number of sessions and bonus opportunities.
