About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team at Caruso Homes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential homebuyers, providing exceptional service throughout their homebuying journey, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our new home offerings, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each property to clients.
  • Consultative Selling: Work closely with clients to understand their goals and preferences, recommending homes that align with their needs and budget.
  • Site Tours: Conduct informative and engaging tours of model homes and communities, highlighting key selling points and features.
  • Contract Negotiation: Guide clients through the sales process, explaining contracts, pricing, and financing options to ensure a smooth transaction.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support and assistance to buyers, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about local real estate market trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
