About the Role

The Home Health Account Executive is a key member of our sales team at Aveanna Healthcare LLC, responsible for successfully marketing our healthcare services to doctors' offices, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other referral sources. This role requires a strong ability to establish trusted relationships with referral sources and in-house staff, as well as a keen sense of business acumen to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Outreach: Develop and implement strategies to increase visibility and awareness of our healthcare services in the community, including educational presentations, in-services, and events.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians, health facilities, and other customers, to improve our agency's position in the community.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets, including identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing accounts.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our healthcare services, including social media, advertising, and other promotional activities.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain existing accounts, including regular communication with referral sources and in-house staff to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, home health sales, or a related field.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid and current driver's license and evidence of automobile insurance.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong business acumen, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
