Home Health Account Executive

At Aveanna Healthcare LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Health Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for successfully marketing our home health care services to doctors' offices, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other referral sources.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and educate potential customers and referral sources about our healthcare services.
- Establish trusted relationships with referral sources and in-house staff.
- Prospect for new accounts and maintain current accounts, while complying with all sales-related policies and procedures.
- Conduct in-services, presentations, and educational luncheons to introduce our home health care services to physicians, patients, and other referral sources.
- Promote professional relationships with physicians, health facilities, and other customers to improve our agency's position in the community.
- At least 2 years of healthcare, home health, or hospice sales experience.
- Licensed clinical experience is a plus.
- Established community relationships and connections.
- Excellent people and relationship skills.
- Strong ability to present and effectively communicate.
- Ability to work well independently and in groups.
