Job Title: Early Childhood Education Specialist

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Preschool Lead Teacher at The Children's Workshop in Providence.

About the Role:
Create and deliver engaging, age-appropriate curriculum for young children, establishing daily classroom routines and effectively communicating with parents/guardians. Collaborate with experienced educators to provide exceptional learning experiences.

Requirements:
Maintain a positive approach when working with children, demonstrating knowledge of RIELDS. A CDA credential or college coursework/degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred.

Salary and Benefits:
A competitive hourly pay rate of $16 - $22/hour, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off and medical/dental/vision insurance.
