Early Childhood Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Early Childhood Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing home-based and remote case management to families with children ages 0-3 with developmental delays.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience working with infants and toddlers with special needs and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of the child's development and functional skills, review progress, and outcomes to determine the progress made by each client while receiving early intervention services.
- Collaborate with the family to develop the Individualized Family Service Plan and outcomes for family supports, strategies, and relevant services to be provided by our multi-disciplinary team of therapists and educators.
- Identify and refer families to community resources that support IFSP outcomes, address immediate family needs, or support natural learning opportunities.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 based on national averages and industry standards.
