Job Title: Service Coordinator II for Early Intervention

This role serves as the primary point of contact for families to ensure they receive Early Intervention services and supports in accordance with Rhode Island Early Intervention Certification Standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to families based on their discipline/expertise.
  • Ensure families receive EI services and supports outlined in RI Early Intervention Certification Standards.

Qualifications:
  • Degree, certification, or RI license meeting RI Early Intervention Personnel Standards requirements.
  • Registered Nurse: RN license through RI Department of Health.
  • Educator: Bachelors Degree with early childhood related teaching certification through RIDE OR Masters degree in an early childhood related field OR Rhode Island Early Intervention Certificate from EOHHS.
  • Social Worker: RI License (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LICSW).
  • Minimum 1 year experience working with infants and toddlers in natural environments.
  • Current RI drivers license.
  • Current auto insurance.
  • Current Infant/Child/Adult CPR/First Aid Certification.
  • Bilingual skills compensated by 6% additional pay.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Estimated salary range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year.
