Job Overview

The Toddlers' Education Specialist is a key member of our childcare team, responsible for developing and implementing educational programs for children aged 1-3 years.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging educational activities that promote learning and development.
  • Work closely with the Child Care Director to ensure program alignment with YMCA guidelines and state licensing requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and progress.
Requirements
  • R.I. Certificate in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development.
  • Experience working with young children, preferably in a childcare setting.
  • Pediatric CPR/First Aid Certification within two months of employment.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000-$70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
