About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Supervisor to join our team at the YMCA. As a key leader, you will oversee the development and implementation of high-quality educational programs that promote the cognitive, social, and emotional growth of young children.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement program policies and procedures that align with YMCA standards.
  • SUPERVISE and evaluate staff members to ensure they meet program requirements.
  • Work closely with the Child Care Director to achieve program goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and YMCA policies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • R.I. Certificate in Early Childhood Education or higher education equivalent.
  • Minimum of three months supervised teaching experience.
  • Pediatric CPR/First Aid Certification within first two months of employment.
