Early Childhood Education Professional

The Lead Teacher will provide high-quality education programs to our community of children and families. This role is responsible for implementing curriculum based on best practice standards while ensuring that your classroom meets DCYF standards and Head Start education performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain progress notes and electronic data on the emotional, physical, social, and intellectual development of assigned children.
- Coordinate and communicate with all staff and consultants regarding individual child needs.
- Participate in family/staff conferences through regular care coordination with family development staff.
Qualifications
- Associate degree, bachelor's degree or master's degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development OR a Bachelor or master's degree in a related field.
- RIDE certification preferred.
- Basic computer skills required for data input and use of email.
