Position Overview:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for executing essential accounting functions and principles that contribute to the preparation of financial statements and comprehensive financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present financial statements
- Conduct thorough evaluations of branch audits
- Compile bank reconciliations and account schedules
- Create journal entries, expense accruals, and allocations
- Participate in an accurate and timely month-end closing process
- Address inquiries from personnel regarding accounting policies and procedures
- Analyze fluctuations in income statements
- Offer suggestions for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
- Manage financial records and assist in financial reporting
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulations
- Collaborate effectively with various departments
- May handle travel and expense reports, coding, account classifications, and reimbursement amounts
- May be tasked with the preparation of sales and other tax returns

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required
- Planning to obtain CPA certification within 1-2 years is preferred (flexible)
- Consideration will be given to college students within 2 semesters of graduation with a degree in Accounting or Finance
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential
- Flexibility for career advancement may include relocation outside the local area/state (flexible)

Additional Requirements:
- A valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years is necessary
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record (DUI/DWI) within the past 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
