Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the assessment of new acquisition and development opportunities.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of market dynamics, including supply and demand, competitive landscape, and development trends.
  • Prepare and deliver investment proformas, including complex joint venture structures, for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the structuring and negotiation of debt and equity for all projects, ensuring thorough review of documentation.
  • Lead due diligence and closing processes for new investments.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with investors across all projects.
  • Support the asset management team in budgeting, business planning, leasing decisions, and project execution.
  • Mentor and supervise junior team members, promoting their professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in real estate.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively across various projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Excel and Argus software.
