Key Responsibilities

As a Summer Analyst, you will engage in a variety of tasks, including:

  • Evaluating and suggesting deal structures, drafting term sheets, and participating in the negotiation of documents.
  • Creating offering memorandums, marketing materials, pitches, and presentations.
  • Conducting financial statement analysis, financial covenant assessments, and financial modeling.
  • Engaging with potential investors to facilitate their due diligence processes.
  • Preparing comparable analyses, fee memorandums, and various internal reports.
  • Assisting senior colleagues in structuring, syndication, and distribution efforts while interacting with issuer and investor clients.
  • Coordinating and launching syndicated transactions.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, with an expected graduation timeframe in the near future.
  • A minimum GPA of 3.2 is preferred.
  • Demonstrated academic proficiency, quantitative skills, strategic and creative thinking, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Desired traits include integrity, meticulous attention to detail, assertiveness, initiative, leadership qualities, a strong work ethic, and a focus on teamwork.
  • A keen interest in pursuing a career within the real estate sector.
  • A background in real estate, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is advantageous.
