Dietitian Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dietitian to join our team at Sapphire Health Services. This role is responsible for conducting comprehensive nutritional assessments and developing personalized dietary plans to meet the unique needs of our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough nutritional assessments, taking into account medical history, dietary preferences, cultural factors, and therapeutic requirements.
  • Create customized dietary plans and provide ongoing nutrition guidance to support optimal health, manage chronic conditions, and aid in rehabilitation and recovery.
  • Foster collaboration with interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless and integrated care that addresses residents' nutritional needs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) certification and licensure in the applicable state.
  • Prior experience working as a Dietitian in a healthcare environment, preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care.

**Compensation Package:** Estimated annual salary range: $80,000 - $95,000
