Patient Care Coordinator

At Adventist Health, we're seeking a skilled Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for facilitating communication between patients, physicians, and staff, as well as coordinating office referrals and verifying insurance.
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare providers. Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will ensure seamless coordination of care.
This role requires a high school education or equivalent, an associate's degree or technical degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. You should have at least three years of relevant healthcare experience and hold a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensure in your state of practice.
The estimated salary for this role is around $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
