Newborn Care Coordinator

TotalMed is seeking a dedicated Newborn Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Neonatal Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in coordinating the care and well-being of newborns in Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs) or other Neonatal settings.

Duties and Responsibilities- Coordinate the admission, transfer, and discharge of newborns from NICUs or other Neonatal settings.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for neonates and their families.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient vital signs, medication administration, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Current RN license
- BLS (Other Certifications as required by facility)
- Two years of recent Neonatal RN experience
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
