Job Summary

Nightwing is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our business development leadership team, you will be responsible for identifying and driving growth opportunities in the government and military sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive year-over-year competitive market growth aligned with Nightwing's financial goals.
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities through existing programs and partnerships.
  • Maintain a 5X qualified pipeline and be responsible for competitive bookings AOP within the account.
  • Set metrics that indicate likelihood of success and engage on capture and proposal activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior-level customers and government officials.
Requirements
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years of experience.
  • Demonstrate customer knowledge and appreciation to deliver innovation that furthers National Security Missions for the U.S Government.
  • Deep customer intimacy and mission knowledge.
  • Ability to drive collaboration across multiple P&L's, functions, and businesses within Nightwing.
  • Proactive leader with a strong operational history of growing a high technology business.
  • Active TS/SCI w Poly Clearance on day 1 of employment.
  • U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

  • Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated skills in planning and execution for both short-term requirements and long-term opportunities.
  • Strong business acumen to proactively identify and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Competitive salary range: $143,000 - $287,000.
