We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst in Foreign Military Sales Management to provide support to the Precision Strike Weapons Program Office (PMA-201).


Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct organizational assessments and evaluations, develop systems and procedures, and prepare operational manuals to enhance management efficiency.


Specific Duties Include:
  • Support the Case Manager in the planning and execution of BPC and Standard FMS cases.
  • Facilitate communications with PMA-201, NIPO, DSCA, and leadership from the USN and DoD.
  • Assist in the preparation and quality assurance of briefs for stakeholders, ensuring proper dissemination control.
  • Develop and manage correspondence with international partners, maintaining a database for tracking responses.
  • Coordinate Program Management Reviews (PMRs), including logistics and attendee management.
  • Document meeting minutes and action items during PMRs and other relevant meetings.
  • Maintain a database of action items, ensuring timely responses and communication with international partners.
  • Engage in working groups and meetings with various Program Managers and agencies to align program plans and technology reviews.
  • Support the development and review of Statements of Work and CDRL exhibits.
  • Assist in the creation of Program Initiation Documents and contribute to contracting efforts.
  • Provide input for data calls and maintain meeting schedules.
  • Participate in technical evaluations of supplier proposals.

  • Experience in executing FMS cases is preferred.

Education Requirements:

A Master's Degree or equivalent experience is required for this position.


Experience Requirements:

This role necessitates over ten years of relevant experience. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to the sensitive nature of the work.
