Position Summary:
The Senior Analyst for MRP Production will be responsible for overseeing all pre-production and manufacturing tasks related to Paramount Home Entertainment (PHE) Catalog and Promo SKUs, as well as new releases for Lumistella and TOHO. This role will also extend to managing responsibilities for any new partners assigned to the analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze PHE Catalog Daily Sales Reports (DSR) for both US and CA markets and execute necessary builds.
  • Evaluate DSRs for Lumistella and TOHO for all new releases and catalog items, ensuring timely execution of builds.
  • Administer PHE sell-down tracking through a dedicated smartsheet, including adding titles for review.
  • Place orders for dry goods based on DSR requirements.
  • Draft audit letters as needed and manage the Bill of Materials (BOM) issues log.
  • Address quality concerns from Vantiva and Sono, including BOM discrepancies and other ad hoc requests.
  • Coordinate reset calls with Vantiva, addressing finished goods and dry goods shortages as necessary.
  • Maintain and update due date change reports and inventory inquiries.
  • Oversee all new release and catalog SKUs for Lumistella and TOHO.
  • Handle pre-production responsibilities, including creating BOMs for PHE and assisting with new releases.
  • Cost dry goods for all partners and manage the Walmart MOD process, including analysis and coordination with vendors.
  • Oversee Black Friday SKU management and issue purchase orders as required.
  • Conduct pre-production audits and provide estimated times of arrival (ETAs) to internal teams.
  • Facilitate cross-functional calls to provide updates on VAS/Promo for PHE.
  • Lead studio and partner meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned partners, addressing inquiries and requests.
  • Manage ad hoc projects and conduct post-mortem analyses.
  • Train and supervise the BPO team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in inventory management.
  • Familiarity with transactional inventory management systems, preferably SAP.
  • Experience in inventory accounting and managing consignment inventory is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel to third-party fulfillment centers for annual inventory assessments.
