Position Overview:

The Regional Sales Support Specialist position serves as a foundational role for individuals with limited experience in electrophysiology (EP), medical devices, or sales.

This role presents an opportunity to enter the medical device sales arena at an entry level and cultivate skills necessary for advancement within the clinical sales team.

The Specialist will be expected to acquire knowledge of the Robotic Magnetic Navigation (RMN) technology, understand the fundamentals of EP, grasp the dynamics of an EP lab, and navigate the business landscape of disruptive robotic medical device sales.

Upon the availability of a Clinical Specialist territory and meeting the necessary qualifications, the Specialist may be promoted to a Clinical Specialist role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Master the technical intricacies of the Stereotaxis robotic system.
  • Gain insight into key clinical workflows and equipment involved in EP procedures through case observations, guided training, and independent study.
  • Assist with system maintenance and enhancements.
  • Provide independent clinical support during low complexity EP procedures.
  • Advocate for the safe and effective utilization of Stereotaxis products and related procedures.
  • Engage with hospital laboratories to gather essential information for the capital team.
  • Coordinate with physicians' offices to arrange telerobotic site visits for prospective capital clients.
  • Familiarize oneself with SPIN selling techniques to identify unmet customer needs during every customer interaction.
Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or business disciplines preferred.
  • Clinical knowledge of Invasive Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology is advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Work Environment:

This position is field-based and may necessitate up to 80% travel, depending on the assigned territory.

While executing job responsibilities, the employee may occasionally encounter moving mechanical parts and radiation risks.

The employee must be capable of lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds. Willingness to relocate across the country based on the availability of Clinical Specialist territories is expected.
