Job Title: Regional Sales Representative

Join Mueller Sports Medicine as a Regional Sales Representative and play a key role in driving sales growth and revenue for our Sports Medicine category.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Representative. As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the West Coast region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct customer site visits and follow-up on past orders to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
  • Visit schools, team dealers, retailers, sports therapy, and pharmacy to introduce new products and generate leads.
  • Initiate new or fill in orders, generate sales presentations, and product demonstrations to close sales and process customer orders.
  • Advise independent sales representatives in each territory to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct product training sessions with team/retail accounts sales force and sales associates to ensure they are equipped to sell our products effectively.
  • Attend trade shows and clinics to stay up-to-date on industry trends and network with customers and partners.
  • Assist with Mueller Sports Medicine display set-up and/or resetting to ensure a professional and effective sales experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Retail or other sales experience, with a proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship-building.
  • Ambition, drive, tenacity, and a passion to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Ability to understand and comply with Mueller Safety Systems and current regulatory requirements.
  • Strong planning and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently, including operation of a motor vehicle.
