Regional Sales Specialist

At Marmon Holdings, Inc., we're committed to attracting and retaining top talent to drive our success. As a Regional Sales Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving growth within an assigned area by promoting the adoption of our products to key accounts and surgeons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business plans to identify and close new business across a multi-state region.
  • Identify the needs of new prospects and develop/deliver appropriate responses to meet or exceed needs.
  • Perform field sales calls for assigned accounts and territory, including on-call and operating room consultation.
  • Build relationships with key institutions and surgeons.
  • Work with other sales personnel to drive sales specific to assigned Business Unit or product line.
  • Provide excellent post-sale follow-up, including communication and management of delivery dates, in-service training, and product replenishment.
  • Communicate with current and new customer accounts regarding product updates, changes to our product portfolio, and medical educational programs.
  • Cross-sell additional products and make new product introductions to current and new accounts.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and solve customer problems by addressing any issues, concerns, or problems that arise on assigned accounts promptly.
  • Drive compliance and the principles of responsibility of the AdvaMed code of conduct.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (business or medical discipline preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years demonstrated successful sales experience (preferably in the medical device or industry).
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with physicians and other surgical personnel.
  • Solid understanding of region market and business practices.
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute in a team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Target Compensation: $159,415.25 - $194,840.85 + Incentives
