Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Long Beach. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and handling customer correspondence and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide sales facilitation and support to the sales team
  • Address customer feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Produce reports for the sales team to track performance and progress
  • Efficiently process and manage incoming leads to ensure timely follow-up
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of sales support experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in international ocean freight forwarding or port drayage
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience with CRM, Dynamics, and Salesforce preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
