- Develop and implement event concepts and strategies that meet and exceed client expectations.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and logistics.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver events and experiences that meet our high standards.
- Collaborate with our creative and production teams to develop innovative and engaging event concepts.
- Manage event budgets and ensure timely and within-budget delivery of events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our event offerings.
- 5-7 years of experience in hospitality, event management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in team management and leadership.
