Job Summary

CCL Hospitality Group is seeking a highly skilled Regional Dietitian to join our team. As a key member of our nutrition services team, you will be responsible for assessing nutritional needs, making recommendations, and working collaboratively with clients and our dining services director to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate resident nutritional needs and establish individualized plans of care.
  • Monitor resident status and take appropriate actions.
  • Work collaboratively with the dining services department to ensure a smooth seven-day operation.
  • Create and maintain documentation.
  • Maintain client relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with professional knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
  • Must be a registered dietitian (RD) and/or have licensure/certification.
  • Serve Safe, Choke Save, and Allergen certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics, successful completion of Dietetic Internship, or equivalent.
  • Member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Must have 2 years of clinical experience in senior living skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, rehabilitation, and/or acute care environments.
Work Environment
  • Scheduling may require 10 days on and 4 days off.
  • This position requires extensive travel up to 100%.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Required to reside within commutable distance to a major airport.
  • Requires work with extreme temperatures/conditions and frequent interaction with heated equipment, grease, refrigeration/freezer, and other at-risk conditions.
  • Computer knowledge and ability to work with multiple software programs is essential.
  • Involves repetitive motion, walking, and/or standing for extended periods.
  • Frequent lifting, pushing, and carrying.
  • Requires repetitive wrist motion.

If an assignment is not available, project managers may be called upon to wait at home completing any outstanding training requirements before using their available FTO. Should there be no available assignments beyond a 2-week at-home period, the ultimate impact may be potential separation for lack of work.
