Job SummaryAs a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for performing daily service on assigned tasks, including account transactions, client inquiries, and insurance marketing and sales. You will also assist other agency departments in securing and/or providing information necessary to issue appropriate policies.

- Complete other functions and assignments as assigned, including back-up duties.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to discern priority and initiative.
- Computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
- Mathematical skills, ability to calculate figures and amounts.
- Reasoning skills, ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions.
- High School diploma required, Associate Degree or higher preferred.
- Active Property & Casualty License.
- CPCU or special training course completion a plus.
