Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Sales Manager to join our team at Grainger. As a key member of our commercial sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipeline and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Provide regular business reviews to customers to maximize sales results
Requirements
  • 3+ years of direct outside sales experience
  • Sales forecasting opportunity management and customer planning
  • Travel required to each customer within aligned market at least once per month
  • Process discipline, ability to align planning goals with a pipeline development process to grow market revenue
  • Ability to utilize sales process to uncover customer objections/concerns, and determine appropriate solutions
  • High School diploma or GED
