Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and validate employee credentials, licenses, and certifications
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve credentialing issues
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee credentials
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare credentialing or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
