Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination and expediting of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and clients.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, RFI logs, and submittal logs.
  • Assist in the review and processing of invoices, change orders, and other project-related documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the project management team, including preparing agendas, meeting minutes, and other project-related materials.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on project management or administration.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Environment

The Assistant Construction Project Manager will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. The successful candidate will be required to travel up to 25% of the time, and will be expected to work independently and as part of a team.
