Ambulatory Infusion Patient Services Representative

Position Overview:
The Patient Services Representative for Ambulatory Infusion plays a crucial role in the healthcare delivery process, reporting directly to the Director, Assistant Director, Manager, or designated personnel. This position is responsible for the efficient scheduling of patient appointments in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Scheduling: Ensure timely and accurate scheduling of patient visits, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of procedural requirements and departmental criteria.
- Order Management: Verify the completeness and accuracy of orders, collaborating with relevant teams to secure necessary prior authorizations and ensure alignment with scheduled procedures.
- Effective Communication: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while communicating with patients, co-workers, and other healthcare staff, ensuring confidentiality and respect at all times.

Qualifications:
