As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Trilogy Health Services, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Participating in Daily Nursing Report: Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Assisting with Personal Hygiene and Mobility: Help residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and transferring, while maintaining their dignity and comfort.
