Key Responsibilities:

  • Process, enter, and verify customer orders efficiently.

  • Adjust shipping dates within our operational database.
  • Keep the scheduling board current, ensuring accuracy in our records.
  • Create and distribute necessary documentation for transportation and service adjustments.
  • Compile and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage delivery schedules for key clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries and verify order details promptly.
  • Provide backup support for reception duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or business-to-business setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong mathematical skills, including proficiency in percentages and measurements.
  • Experience with SAP systems is highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule: Flexible options available, with a standard one-hour lunch break and potential for overtime as required.
