Role Overview:

ColorTokens is seeking a dynamic Partner Engagement Manager to enhance partner activity and pipeline development in the East or Central regions, ideally located in major metropolitan areas. The candidate must effectively drive increased engagement with existing partners while also nurturing new and emerging partnerships. The Partner Engagement Manager will report directly to the VP of Alliances and Channel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all facets of VAR and partner relationships.
  • Boost activity and engagement with current partners within the designated territory.
  • Identify and onboard high-potential channel partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to pinpoint and engage regional partners.
  • Ensure the sales team maintains strong collaboration with partners.
  • Initiate and coordinate channel enablement initiatives, including webinars, SE training sessions, and events.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of key competitors and demonstrate the ability to articulate ColorTokens' competitive advantages.
  • Manage Deal Registration and incentives for the region.
  • Ensure the accuracy of partner information in the CRM system.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Channel Sales.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, security partners, and the market landscape.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and developing business plans with partners.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment; must be energetic, motivated, and a self-starter.
  • Capability to leverage leadership and sales expertise to train and develop sales teams.
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with partners and customers.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining effective working relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • A strong team player capable of developing strategies and action plans while sharing results.
