About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Director to join our team at Skanska USA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Manage and motivate project teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
  • Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and quality
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field
