- Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and quality
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues

- 10+ years of experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field
