As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for supporting and traveling to Acadia facilities across the country, acting as the Admissions Director at facilities with vacancies, and identifying gaps in the admissions process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to Acadia facilities to support and train admissions departments
  • Define and measure individual admissions-related goals at each facility
  • Support and train facility admissions departments to meet or exceed their admissions-related performance goals
  • Develop and oversee admissions-related processes, systems, and reporting
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within and outside the organization
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or RN
  • 3+ years of experience in behavioral health admissions
  • Working knowledge of trends and best practices within the acute psychiatric hospital industry
  • Senior leadership or management experience in acute admission settings
  • Ability to travel to US-based Acadia facilities (~100% of the role)
