About the Role

Stryten Energy is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process-related issues
  • Design and implement new processes and procedures to improve quality and productivity
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve process-related problems
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field (e.g. mechanical, electrical, chemical)
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
