Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning, procurement, integration, and installation of production equipment in assembly areas
- Analyze and troubleshoot production issues to optimize manufacturing processes
- Design and implement fixtures and tooling using Solidworks, Inventor, AutoCAD, or Catia
- Develop and implement industrial assembly processes and methods, including controlled tightening tools and automated conveyors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology (Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical/Materials/Chemical) or associate degree in a technical field with applicable experience
- 1-2 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Strong technical skills in design, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
