As a Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the community's reputation and outreach by developing strategic marketing initiatives that resonate with prospective residents and their families.

You will ensure that the unique needs and preferences of seniors are met, fostering a welcoming environment that promotes comfort and engagement.

Your leadership will drive occupancy rates and contribute to the overall mission of delivering exceptional quality of life for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead community outreach programs
  • Cultivate strong relationships and provide personalized service to prospective residents and their families
  • Ensure that the unique needs and preferences of seniors are met

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in senior living sales (Required)
  • 5 years of experience in senior living sales (Preferred)
  • Bachelors degree (Required)
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing (Preferred)
