Sales Director

About the Role:
As a Sales Director at The Renaissance, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our community's reputation and outreach by developing strategic marketing initiatives that resonate with prospective residents and their families.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000-$70,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including paid-time off, paid holidays, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead community outreach programs to promote our senior living community
- Cultivate strong relationships with prospective residents and their families to ensure a personalized experience
- Drive occupancy rates through effective sales strategies and tactics
- Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve common goals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in senior living sales (required)
- 5 years of experience in senior living sales (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing (preferred)
Essential Skills:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow up on leads and close sales
- Public speaking and presentation development skills
- Document activities and results in CRM software
- Time management and goal-oriented mindset
