Competitive Compensation

We offer a salary range of $55,000-$75,000 per year, commensurate with experience. You'll also enjoy great benefits, including paid-time off, paid holidays, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and more.

About the Role

As our Director of Sales, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance our community's reputation and outreach
  • Cultivating strong relationships with prospective residents and their families to ensure personalized service and meet unique needs and preferences
  • Driving occupancy rates and contributing to the overall mission of delivering exceptional quality of life for residents
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment that promotes comfort and engagement

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in senior living sales (required)
  • 5 years of experience in senior living sales (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing (preferred)
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow up on leads and close sales
  • Ability to build referral networks and multi-task
